Strongest toner I have come across, and one I only need to use once per week, sometimes twice if you reside in a harsher climate with strong UV like I do in NZ. Make sure to only keep it in for a few minutes, especially if you have fine, very light hair like I do naturally otherwise you could end up too tonal, with white strands.
